* Prepare all types of institutional payments; * Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements; * Declare and pay VAT and withholding taxes of HIC LLC service providers; * Develop RISA budgets ( ordinary and development) in collaboration with other units; * Ensure regular follow up of budget execution and update management on the progress; * File all accounting documents. * Dealing with Office of the Auditor General.
