Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) provides structured, evidence-informed services for individuals who need more support than traditional outpatient care but do not require 24-hour inpatient services. Participation is determined by clinical assessment, medical necessity, and individualized treatment planning.

Who IOP May Be For

  • Individuals stepping down from inpatient or residential treatment
  • People needing structured support while maintaining work, school, or family responsibilities
  • Clients experiencing mental health, substance use, or co-occurring challenges
  • Those requiring a higher level of care than standard outpatient therapy

Final placement is determined through assessment and medical necessity review.

  • Group Therapy: skills development, emotional regulation, relapse prevention, and peer support
  • Individual Counseling: goal-focused sessions aligned with the treatment plan
  • Psychoeducation: education on symptoms, triggers, recovery tools, and resources
